Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a motivated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children in Darlington and surrounding areas. You will work within welcoming primary schools, assisting with EYFS learning, supporting SEND and inclusive practice, and helping to deliver engaging activities.

Ideal candidates may have CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent, experience in EYFS, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Roles offer flexible hours (full-time or part-time) with competitive weekly pay and ongoing

Qualifications

  • CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in EYFS nursery or primary school settings.
  • Knowledge of SEND support and inclusive education.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Support children within EYFS including SEND and additional learning needs.

  • Prepare classroom resources and support daily routines.

Hours: Monday - Friday | Full-time / Part-time

About the Role - EYFS Teaching Assistant - Darlington

Milk Education is seeking a motivated, caring, and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join welcoming primary schools in Durham DH1 and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for both newly qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants looking to support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children within EYFS including SEND and additional learning needs
  • Assist in delivering engaging, creative, and structured learning activities
