Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to support Early Years settings. No formal qualifications are required; however, applicants must have previous childcare experience and be able to provide a childcare reference.

This role offers flexible hours and a flexible location, with pay between £14.96 and £16.64 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella). You will assist with learning and play-based activities, helping children progress in a safe, engaging environment alongside

Pay Rate: £14.96 - £16.64 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children.
• A childcare reference is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to provide 24 months of referencing history, covering employment, education, or other activities.
