Connex Education is working with a fantastic Primary School in the Halewood area who are recruiting for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work full-time from October 2025.

A supportive two form entry school who are seeking someone with EYFS experience to join their team. All staff in the school aim to provide pupils with a nurturing and engaging learning environment. They are looking for TA who is hardworking, resilient and who wants to make a difference to pupils education by supporting them. The role will entail general, small group and 1:1 SEN work.

Qualifications and requirements

• Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable, however those with relevant school experience, will be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt to different learning.
• Knowledge of the EYFS national curriculum
• Experience working with pupils with SEN desirable.
• It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
