Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a nursery within a mainstream primary school in Finchley, Barnet. The role is full-time, term-time only, 08:30-15:30, with ASAP start.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, have EYFS experience, an understanding of the EYFS curriculum, and be capable of observing and recording children’s progress while supporting early learning milestones as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Experience working in an EYFS setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Confident in observing and recording children's progress.
• Able to support learning, development and early milestones.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a nursery within a mainstream primary school in Finchley, Barnet.

The Role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• 08:30-15:30
• Term-time only
• ASAP start

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification or has equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Has previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and Early Years development.
• Is confident carrying out observations and recording children's progress.
• Can support children's learning, development and early milestones.
• Is nurturing, enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team.
