If you believe Early Years education should be ambitious, carefully crafted and grounded in strong relationships, you will feel at home here.
Our Early Years provision is a place of energy, curiosity and high expectations. We are proud of the environment we have created and are now looking for a motivated practitioner to join our Reception team, ready to contribute, grow and make a real impact.
If you are passionate about Early Years practice, believe in continuous provision and want to work in a setting where your professional development is taken seriously, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
You will work as part of a skilled and committed EYFS team, supporting teaching and learning through purposeful interactions, strong relationships and a good understanding of child development.
We would love to hear from practitioners with Early Years experience who are ready to bring ideas and initiative. Equally, if you are new to EYFS but have the passion and drive to succeed, please apply – our structured induction will help you settle in and grow.
We are a forward-thinking, community-focused school built on the values of possibility, community and independence. In Early Years, that means believing every child can achieve, building close partnerships with families, and giving children the confidence to lead their own learning. We believe staff development is key to making this happen.
Our team is open to feedback, committed to evidence-informed practice and focused on delivering the very best outcomes for our children.
We want this to be the right fit for you as much as it is for us, which is why we warmly encourage you to visit before applying.
We would love to show you around. Please contact Kerry Tucker, School Business Manager, who will be more than happy to arrange your visit.
We are an equal opportunities employer.
