Job summary

Just Teachers Ltd is seeking an EYFS Teacher to join a Reception class in a rural Warwickshire setting. The role is full time from September 2026 until Easter break, offering a warm, collaborative environment with strong curriculum progression and Forest School elements.

You will plan and deliver play-based EYFS learning, assess pupil progress, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom that balances indoor and outdoor learning.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EYFS/primary curriculum in line with statutory requirements.
• Ability to observe and track pupil progress and adapt provision accordingly.
• Experience creating inclusive, safe learning environments with indoor/outdoor activities.

About the role:

We are seeking a nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a Reception class, creating a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive in their first year of school. This role is full time starting September 2026 until the following Easter break.

The school is characterised by a strong, collaborative team culture, clear curriculum progression, and supportive leadership. Located in a rural setting, it offers a rich environment for outdoor learning, further enhanced by a well‑established Forest School programme that nurtures pupils’ curiosity, independence, and appreciation of the natural world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess, and track pupils’ progress, adapting provision to meet individual needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment, incorporating both indoor and outdoor learning opportunities.

Pre‑requisites:

• Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
• Proven experience in EYFS/Primary Education
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school‑based references
