Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting an Early Years Teacher for a welcoming primary school in the Ladybridge area of Bolton. The role targets a Reception curriculum with a strong EYFS focus and demands a creative, nurturing approach.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have experience in Early Years or Reception, with a solid EYFS understanding and a belief in play-based learning to support children's development.

Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in the Ladybridge area of Bolton to recruit a dedicated Early Years Teacher.

The school places significant importance on early childhood development and believes that positive early learning experiences create the foundations for future academic success. With an engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment, the school is looking for a creative teacher who can deliver an exciting and stimulating Reception curriculum.

This role would suit an experienced Early Years Teacher or an enthusiastic ECT with a passion for early childhood education.

The role will involve:

• Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences within Reception.

• Delivering activities in line with the EYFS framework.

• Supporting children's communication, language and early literacy development.

• Promoting early mathematical understanding through play-based learning.

• Creating stimulating indoor and outdoor learning opportunities.

• Observing, assessing and recording children's development.

• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.

• Working closely with support staff and parents.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS.

• Have experience within an Early Years or Reception setting.

• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

• Be creative, enthusiastic and nurturing.

• Be confident supporting children at different developmental stages.
