Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking an Early Years/SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs at a dedicated SEN Primary School in Harlow. You will work under a class teacher to provide tailored support, helping students engage with activities and develop independence.

Responsibilities

Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with SEN.
IEP Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Inclusive Environment: Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Holistic Development: Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
Classroom Management: Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
