Job summary

The Learning Experience UK is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner in Weybridge. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities, create a safe, nurturing EYFS-aligned environment, and track milestones while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Must have full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
• Passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS.
• Track and celebrate developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with families.
• Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
• Follow safeguarding and child protection policies.
