Job summary

The Learning Experience in East Finchley is seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, fostering a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s development in line with EYFS.

You will track milestones, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care, while benefiting from funded qualifications and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• A full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS.
• Track and celebrate developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with families.
• Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
