Job summary

Willing Recruitment is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery in the UK. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years, and collaborate with a passionate team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in an early years setting is required.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Caring, enthusiastic and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning, creativity and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress to support learning journeys.
• Utilise nursery facilities (art studio, activity areas, outdoor spaces) for learning opportunities.
• Encourage confidence, independence and curiosity through play-based learning.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
