Job summary

Protocol Education are recruiting an EYFS Nursery Nurse in Ashford (TW15) to join a friendly primary school on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026. You will contribute to an engaging, play-based learning environment and support children’s development under the Early Years team.

The role requires Level 2/3 EYFS qualification, previous EYFS experience, and a warm, patient, child-centred approach with strong safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience in a nursery, preschool or EYFS setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
• Collaborate with the Early Years team to foster confidence, creativity and independence in children.
• Maintain high safeguarding standards and build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
