Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting qualified Early Years Practitioners to support Nursery and Reception in primary school settings. The roles include both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible placements across Aspire People’s partnered schools.

You will help children develop communication, language, literacy and maths skills through play, while collaborating with teachers to create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience.
  • Recent experience working with young children.
  • Strong understanding of child development.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Nurturing, patient and creative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting children across EYFS.
  • Learning through play and exploration.
  • Developing communication and language skills.
  • Supporting early phonics, literacy and maths.
  • Encouraging personal, social and emotional development.
  • Supporting observations and assessment.
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

Are you a qualified Early Years Practitioner looking to bring your childcare experience into a primary school?

Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic Early Years professionals to support children across Nursery and Reception within primary school settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Nursery Practitioners, Nursery Nurses, and Early Years Educators who want to develop their career within education.

Your experience supporting communication, development, behaviour, independence, and learning through play can transfer extremely well into a primary school environment.

The Role
  • Supporting children across EYFS
