St Chad’s School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our happy, friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will share our values as a Catholic community and be committed to school improvement.
The successful candidate will:
• Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school.
• Be required to provide academic, behavioural and social support for groups and individual children.
• Have an understanding of the EYFS Curriculum.
• Experience of supporting pupils with SEND.
• Be able to use their own initiative.
• Be committed to raising pupils’ attainment,
• Experience of working within a Catholic school would be desirable but is not essential.
• Be creative and devoted to providing children with rich learning experiences.
• Have good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively as a team member with colleagues, parents and governors.
• Have a strong commitment to their own learning and professional development.
