Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic Early Years practitioner with a Level 3 qualification? We’re on the lookout for a brilliant EYFS Teaching Assistant ready to bring play, creativity, and care into every day. This full-time opportunity starts in September at a much-loved, local-authority-maintained nursery rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
Warm, welcoming, and rooted in the local community, this nursery is a joyful space for 2 to 4-year-olds to explore, discover, and thrive. With a strong focus on curiosity and care, children are supported to develop their confidence, independence, and love of learning through play.
Supporting children through play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
Delivering one-to-one and small group support with warmth and flexibility
Creating exciting, safe learning environments indoors and out
Building strong, positive relationships with families and staff
Helping prepare engaging resources that spark imagination and exploration
Being an all-in team player, ready to collaborate and contribute every day
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting (ideal, not essential)
A genuine passion for giving young learners the best start
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
