Job summary

Supply Desk is working with a welcoming school in Princes Risborough to recruit a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEN, including ASD/ADHD/SEMH, ASAP start. This full-time role offers opportunities to deliver targeted interventions and help pupils' academic and personal development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EYFS TA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children with SEN in school or care settings.
• Understanding of ASD, ADHD, SEMH.
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN.
• Deliver tailored interventions and learning activities under teacher guidance.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
• Implement IEPs and behaviour strategies.
• Promote inclusive, safe learning environment.
• Support personal care needs when required.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
