Qualifications

• Level 3 early years and childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

• Understanding of children's development needs (0-5 years).
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Support children's learning, development and well-being through play.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning journeys.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and caring environment; safeguarding.
