Job summary

Long-Term Teachers is seeking Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners for flexible, varied opportunities across Coleford and surrounding areas.

Roles include ad-hoc, part-time, full-time and permanent positions with partner nurseries and early years settings. We provide supportive consultants and a transparent service to help you secure your next role.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents and colleagues.
• Adaptable, energetic, and reliable with a passion for early years development.

Responsibilities

• Work across different early years settings on a flexible, day-to-day basis.
• Provide short- or long-term cover for nurseries as needed.
• Assist in planning and delivering stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support learning journeys, observations, and daily routines.
