Job summary

Didcot Primary Academy in Didcot is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support EYFS children in Reception. The role is 33.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 3:40pm, Monday to Friday, with pay on the NJC scale at spine point 3. The pro rata salary is £19,462 and the contract runs until August 2027, with a possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will work to support pupils with SEN, help create a safe and caring learning environment, and contribute to a positive school culture.

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Support children in EYFS with learning activities.
• Assist class teachers with day-to-day activities and routines.
