Learning Support Assistant – Nursery provision

FIXED TERM 1 YEAR

Salary: OCL/NJC Scale Point 04 (Bristol Grade 5) + Local Government Pension Scheme

Hours: 35 hours per week, Term time only including INSET Days

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oasis Academy Long Cross for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our dedicated team working with our two-year-olds.

The successful candidate will work within a committed team to ensure all children have the best opportunities to play and learn during their time at the Academy. The role involves working closely with the children’s parents and carers.

Your responsibilities will include working with children aged 2, 3, and 4 years old. We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• High expectations for achievement and behaviour
• The energy and creativity to inspire and motivate children
• A positive and forward-thinking outlook
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently
