Job summary

Heronshaw School and Heronshill Primary School and Nursery, Milton Keynes, is seeking an exceptional EYFS Lead to drive early years provision across two sites. You will lead curriculum, pedagogy and assessment, ensuring outstanding practice and a nurturing environment for all children.

The role is full-time and permanent (part-time considered), with MPS/UPS plus a TL R 2a. You will work with dedicated staff and join IFtL, a growing multi-academy trust committed to inspiring futures.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of child development and EYFS pedagogy.
• Strong commitment to play-based learning and high expectations.
• Experience leading EYFS across two school sites.
• Ability to coach, develop and empower staff.
