The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification, demonstrate strong communication skills, and enjoy collaborating with staff and families to support early learning.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification is required.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, children and families.
• Able to work as part of a collaborative team and build trust with families.

Responsibilities

• Support the teaching team in the pre-prep and preschool environment.
• Assist with lessons, activities and classroom routines.
