Job summary

Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to support young learners in a nurturing setting. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, monitor development and contribute to a calm, caring environment.

You will hold a Level 3 qualification, promote safeguarding best practices, and build positive partnerships with colleagues and families while supporting children’s wellbeing and growth.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong safeguarding/child protection knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
