"A school where compassion meets ambition - join us as we reshape our future."\
Phoenix Primary School is a diverse, vibrant and proudly compassionate community where children demonstrate remarkable resilience, warmth and spirit. We are entering an exciting period of school development, creating an opportunity to rethink how we work together, strengthen our practice and build a team that reflects our ambitions for the future. At Phoenix, our values remain at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to building on our strengths while embracing new ideas, fresh perspectives and opportunities for growth.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Class Teacher to join us at this important stage in our school's development. We are seeking a skilled practitioner with strong Key Stage 01 experience who can contribute positively to the evolving structure of our team. You will bring excellent classroom practice, a collaborative approach and a willingness to help shape the routines, communication and shared expectations that enable a year group to thrive. This is an opportunity to play an active role in developing a consistent, ambitious and supportive approach to teaching and learning, helping us establish strong foundations for the next phase of our journey.
We are not simply filling a role; we are intentionally shaping the team we want to become. As part of our ongoing development, we are reviewing how responsibilities are shared, how colleagues work together and how our collective strengths can best support the needs of our children. We want to build a team with a clear sense of purpose, complementary skills and a shared commitment to high-quality teaching, professional growth and positive relationships. We welcome colleagues who are excited by the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence practice and help create a strong, cohesive team for the future.
We warmly encourage visits - you will feel Phoenix the moment you walk through the door. To arrange a visit or ask any questions, please contact Jo Penn on 01634 829009 or via email [email protected]
