Job summary

Flame Health Optometry is recruiting a Business Relationship Executive for an onsite, full-time role based in East Grinstead. You will cultivate relationships with optometry practices, drive referrals, and identify partnerships to promote services such as laser eye surgery and cataract care.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing & Business Development and requires strong communication, organisational skills, and driving capability to cover a local territory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship development, sales, or account management.
• Experience with a customer relationship management system; Salesforce preferred.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience in healthcare, optics, or aesthetics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with independent and multiple optometry practices through regular face-to-face visits.
• Create structured engagement plans to increase referrals and identify new partnerships (sports clubs, employers, hotels, concierge networks).
• Organise educational evenings, patient information events and local promotional activity with marketing support.
• Record interactions in Salesforce, monitor referral activity, and provide reports on relationship activity and event returns.
• Represent the clinic with a professional, credible, and growth-focused approach.
