Job summary

Anglian is seeking an Extrusion Operative with hands-on machine operating experience to join our production team in the UK window manufacturing sector. You will operate and monitor extrusion machinery, set up lines, and help maintain high quality standards.

The role runs DAYS: Thursday to Saturday, 7:00am–7:00pm. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training and long-term career opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing.
• Extrusion experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with setting and minding machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion production lines.
• Carry out machine setting and minding duties.
• Perform regular quality inspections to ensure specifications.
• Complete production records and paperwork accurately.
• Pack finished products to company standards.
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Report faults or production issues promptly.
