Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Extra Works Supervisor to coordinate and deliver add-on works and small projects within a busy commercial building near Tottenham Court Road, London. You will oversee subcontractors, manage quotations and budgets, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Reporting to the Extra Works Manager, you will liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain documentation, and drive projects to a high standard with ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience within M&E, Facilities Management or construction.
• Experience overseeing extra works or small projects within commercial buildings.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and CDM regulations.
• Experience managing subcontractors, quotations and project budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects.
• IOSH Managing Safely – desirable.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the delivery of extra works and small M&E projects across the building.
• Planning and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and resources.
• Preparing quotations, managing costs and monitoring project budgets.
• Ensuring all works comply with health and safety regulations, CDM and QHSE requirements.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Extra Works Manager.
• Managing project documentation and obtaining client sign-off.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensuring works are completed on time, within budget and to the required standard.

CBW is working with a leading Facilities Management provider seeking an experienced Extra Works Supervisor to join the team at a prestigious commercial building near Tottenham Court Road, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong M&E or Facilities Management background to take responsibility for coordinating and delivering additional works and small projects within a busy commercial environment. You will oversee subcontractors, manage quotations and project budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and work closely with the Extra Works Manager to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
