Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Extra Works Manager for a large mix-use commercial development in West London. You will identify, price, manage and deliver projects outside routine maintenance contracts, such as minor works, refurbishments and compliance upgrades, with a salary up to £65,000.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, plans and cost proposals, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, ensuring safety, budget and quality targets are met, and developing opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience delivering extra works and small projects.
• Knowledge of CDM, health & safety and compliance.
• Excellent cost control and client liaison abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive extra works from inception to completion.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and cost proposals.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and business development.
