Willowbrook Homecare in Littleborough is seeking an Extra Care Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centered support in our Extra Care Service. You will visit residents, deliver personal care, assist with meals and daily tasks, and help maintain dignity and independence in a community setting.

Shift/Hours: 30 Hours a week ( flexible to suit the needs of the service, between 7 am-10 pm).

Rate of pay: To be discussed at the Interview / Next stage – depending on experience.

The role:

We are recruitingkeen and enthusiastic Care Support Workers to work in our Extra Care Service, located in Hare Hill, Littleborough, to ensure that the residents’ needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion, alongside supporting activities in the community and within our Extra Care Services.

Job specification

• Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
