Responsibilities

• Support adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments.
• From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, helps ensure tenants are supported throughout the day.
• Build relationships with service users and colleagues, ensuring a kind and proactive approach to care.
• Assist with tasks to enable tenants to live a full and happy life.
