Job summary

Radis Community Care in Banbury is seeking a Support Worker for our Extra Care Scheme to help residents over 55 maintain independence. You will assist with personal care and light domestic tasks, supporting daily living in their own flats within the scheme.

You'll join a team that promotes choice, dignity and respect, with shifts 7am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, including alternate weekends and bank staff. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities.
• Provide light domestic tasks and daily living support.
• Encourage participation in recreational and social activities.
• Promote independence, dignity and respect in care.
• Work various shifts including early and late, weekends.
