Job summary

Willowbrook (Hyndburn) Ltd in Chorley is recruiting Care Support Workers for our Extra Care Service at Primrose Gardens. You will visit residents, provide personal care, and assist with meals, mobility, medication, and domestic tasks to ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect.

You'll work under the guidance of care coordinators and management, complete required paperwork, and participate in induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
