Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is seeking Care Support Workers for Primrose Gardens in Chorley. You will help residents with daily living, maintain dignity and respect, and support community activities in our Extra Care Services.

We offer flexible hours, contracted shifts, and a comprehensive package including induction, ongoing training, PPE, and a workplace pension. UK applicants only; sponsorship is not available.

Shift/Hours: 30 Hours a week ( flexible to suit the needs of the service )/ P/T Days positions available.

Rate of pay: To be discussed at the Interview / Next stage – depending on experience.

The role:

We are recruitingkeen and enthusiastic Care Support Workers to work in our Extra Care Service, located in Primrose Gardens, Chorley, to ensure that the residents’ needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion, alongside supporting activities in the community and within our Extra Care Services.

Job specification

• Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
