We’re working exclusively on behalf of a respected care provider to recruit a dynamic Extra Care Scheme Manager in Winchester — a role that blends service leadership, people management, and operational growth across three well-established Extra Care schemes.

About the Role
You’ll oversee three purpose-built Extra Care settings in Winchester:
Each site supports older adults in self-contained apartments with on-site 24/7 care. You’ll lead a combined team of 25–35 care staff and team leaders, with full responsibility for rotas, care delivery, audits, compliance, staff supervision, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll report to a Regional Manager but enjoy true day-to-day autonomy — this is your service to shape and grow.
