Job Title: Extra Care Project Manager

We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and proactive Extra Care Project Manager to provide person-centered care and support to our service users. The service is based in a vibrant, newly built extra care facility in Hattersley, Tameside. The service aims to support users to be independent, enjoy a fulfilling life, and foster community connections. As Project Manager, you will oversee the operational management of Birch Lea Park and collaborate with a wider senior team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of Birch Lea Park.
2. Work in collaboration with landlords, stakeholders, and local health and social care services to ensure high standards of care.
3. Empower clients to meet their needs and preferences, working with their families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere.
4. Support service users in maintaining life skills and independence through empathetic and holistic approaches.
5. Manage a team of care staff, ensuring effective team leadership and development.
6. Provide support with personal care, domestic tasks, and facilitate access to social opportunities.
7. Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
