Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to lead External Talent sourcing, contracting and supplier management within the UKIA region. This hybrid London-based role partners with Procurement, Legal and Operations to drive strategy and delivery across local, regional, and global teams.

You will own category planning, governance and supplier partnerships, oversee projects end-to-end, and ensure compliance with Accenture policies while delivering value for client

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement and category management within large or global organisations.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Experience with external talent, professional services, resourcing or contingent workforce categories is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for External Talent across UKIA.
• Lead sourcing, contracting and supplier evaluation from market research to award.
• Negotiate contracts with legal teams and define performance measures (KPIs, SLAs).
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and governance across local, regional and global teams.
• Provide monthly reporting and insights on category performance and supplier delivery.
• Coach and supervise team members across onshore and nearshore locations.
