Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an External Site Manager for a major groundworks package in Cambridgeshire. The freelance start is immediate, working with a Senior Project Manager to deliver the external scope on a Tier 1 main contractor project.

Responsibilities include leading prestart meetings, design-team collaboration, and chairing sub-contractor progress meetings with RAMS and safety on site. A tech-savvy communicator will manage the supply chain and trade coordination.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certifications are required.
• Knowledge of groundworks is essential.

Responsabilités

• Attend and contribute in contractor prestart meetings.
• Attend and contribute in design team meetings.
• Chair weekly sub-contractor progress meetings and issue minutes.
• Oversee RAMS approval and safety on site.
• Coordinate with DABs and other trades; report where needed.
• Identify buildability issues and propose solutions.
