Job summary

Investigo is recruiting an External Reporting Manager for London, hybrid working. The role targets a qualified ACA with strong IFRS/UK GAAP technical accounting and consolidation expertise to lead group reporting and drive finance transformation.

You will partner with regional finance teams, oversee consolidation, and support statutory reporting while strengthening controls across the function in a large international business.

Qualifications

  • ACA qualified with at least 2 years' post-qualification industry experience.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Previous exposure to Group reporting and consolidation within a complex environment.
  • Experience using FCCS, HFM or similar consolidation systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and challenge constructively where required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Group consolidation and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support the preparation of consolidated Group financial statements under IFRS.
  • Drive enhancements to Group reporting controls, processes and systems.
  • Act as a key finance stakeholder within ongoing transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with regional finance teams to improve the quality and efficiency of month-end close, reporting and audit processes.

  • Contribute to a range of finance and business projects as the organisation continues to evolve

External Reporting Manager - £80-85k - London (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified ACA to join a high-profile, international business as an External Reporting Manager.

Reporting to the Head of External Reporting, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely Group reporting, while helping shape the future of the finance function during a period of finance transformation and organisational change.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant looking to broaden their exposure within a large, complex organisation and drive meaningful improvements across Group reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities
