Job summary

West Dean are seeking a Short Course Planner - External Partnerships to develop and deliver a programme of short courses through external partnerships across the UK. The role combines partnership development, programme planning, project management and relationship management with external partners.

You will lead planning and delivery at external venues, coordinating tutors, venues, materials and logistics while building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnership management and commercial programme development.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with external organisations and stakeholders.
• Proven event or project planning experience and ability to run multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate short course programmes through strategic external partnerships across the UK.
• Identify new partnership and delivery opportunities and grow the partnership portfolio.
• Lead planning and operational delivery of courses at external venues with tutors and partners.
• Coordinate tutors, venues, partners, materials, transport and logistics.
• Monitor enrolment, financial performance and programme outcomes while maintaining high quality experiences.
