Job summary

Mars is executing a global Product Lifecycle Management transformation, serving as a vital bridge between the external manufacturing team and the cPLM program. The role ensures data integrity and enables EMs through hands-on validation, governance, and training for site deployments.

Collaborating with FN leadership and enterprise partners, you will drive data standardization, lifecycle governance, and readiness for go‑live across UK/Netherlands based sites, with ongoing support through 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support External Manufacturing Discovery & Scoping by participating in workshops and translating FN requirements for the enterprise team.
• Provide Day-to-Day Functional Support as the primary contact for External Manufacturing and supplier contacts to troubleshoot data or process issues.
• Triage & Issue Resolution by diagnosing inquiries and coordinating with technical teams for bug fixes.
• Coordinate External Deployment Readiness by driving site-specific deployment checklists and ensuring data readiness before go-live.
• Audit External Manufacturing Legacy Data Readiness by vetting legacy specs and identifying missing or non-compliant attributes before migration.
• Remediate Data Gaps & Enrich External Specs by helping teams gather missing parameters and enrich records.
• Enforce Global Standardization & Governance by applying naming/classification rules across supplier records.
• Validate External BOM & Specifications in test environments to ensure accurate data flows for external streams.
• Execute End-to-End Testing (UAT) for External Scenarios and support pilots and deployments with reusable templates.
• Drive Process & Interface Optimizations by analyzing trends and proposing improvements to data exchange templates and workflows.
• Design & Deliver Targeted Partner Training and lead hypercare for external go-lives and stakeholder communications.
