Job Description:

We're looking for two External Contracts Managers to join our Property Care team, where you'll take ownership of a variety of externally sourced contracts, including windows, doors, roofing, external works, and projects, supporting our goal of providing excellent service to our customers.

With experience in the Housing Association environment, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring works are delivered in line with financial, contractual, and quality expectations. You should be able to forge strong relationships with our partner providers, challenge, and push for change, driving improvements in our service delivery.

Possessing strong technical knowledge, you'll handle maintenance projects that require complex or specialist interventions.

This role requires flexibility, including travel across our geography to sites and contractor meetings, with regular office days for collaboration.

You should reside within Abri’s geographic area and be able to commute to one of our primary offices in Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF), or Yeovil (BA22 8WN).
