Job summary

Railpen Limited is seeking a Communications Manager for a three-month secondment to own the day-to-day delivery of communications across building safety projects and stakeholder groups.

You will manage the production and delivery of leaseholder, resident and project communications, translating complex updates into clear messages, coordinating sign-off with operational, project and legal teams, and maintaining the communications tracker to keep activity moving.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of communications across building safety projects and stakeholder groups.
• Manage production and delivery of leaseholder/resident and project communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate sign-off across operational, project and legal teams and maintain the communications tracker.
• Respond to emerging issues with calm, solution-focused communication under time pressure.
