Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician

Location: Static Site within a well known entertainment studio

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Basic salary from £27,268 per annum

The Role

As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on site ensuring the best possible service is provided to our growing exterior customer base.

Your main duties will include:

• Grass cutting and strimming
• Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting
• Weed maintenance
• Using a range of powered and non-powered horticultural equipment
• Completing all digital records via smartphone application
• Liaising with customers
• Autumn clearing
• Spring preparation
• Mowing
• Heavy lifting will be required

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full UK drivers licence
• Garden maintenance experience is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Plant knowledge would be advantageous
• Horticulture qualification is desirable but not essential
