We carry out external cleaning of commercial and domestic buildings from roofs, guttering, walls, cladding, rendering, windows, driveways, walkways, stonework and much more using various specialist systems, biodegradable friendly chemicals, specialist cleaning processes and high-tech equipment. Due to further growth, we are looking for a new Technicians to join our super team with the opportunity of a progression path for the right applicant.

Skills and experience:

· Working knowledge and experience of undertaking cleaning duties

· Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills providing a courteous and professional can do friendly approach

· Health & Safety compliance to uphold the highest levels of safety for and on every job by identifying and reporting any hazards

· Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to prioritise workloads and working to tight deadlines

· IPAF license an advantage, SoftWash cleaning experience & DOFF certification are desirable although full training will be given

· Experience of external/outside working environment/conditions in variable climates although full protective equipment & uniform will be provided

· As the role will involve driving on company business all drivers must hold a full UK Driving Licence with minimal points.

· Working safely at height, using scissor-lift, cherry picker and experience with harnesses would be advantageous although full training will be provided to each applicable certification.
