We are seeking an Extended Range Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of Thorntons’ exclusive product range for Ferrero Partners and D2C channels. You will drive innovation, profitability, and brand differentiation, creating impactful products for Thorntons.com and retail stores. The ideal candidate will have brand marketing experience with a strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen. You should have expertise in project management across the 4 P’s, demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving skills, and impactful decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and packaging/artwork development experience are essential. Experience in eCommerce or D2C project management, along with a background in food manufacturing marketing, will be advantageous.
