The Opportunities

This role involves active participation in building services design for a wide range of new and existing building developments, collaborating closely with leading architectural practices and developers across the UK.

We seek to engage candidates at all seniority levels with experience or background in:

• Building Services – Electrical Engineers
• Building Services - Mechanical Engineers

We are interested in candidates who have:

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical Building Services, or a related field, with aspirations for professional accreditation
• Knowledge of working within a BIM environment using Revit; experience with software like Amtech and Dialux is desirable
• Experience in Building Services Design from feasibility to detailed design stages
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams across sectors such as healthcare, science, industry, energy, airports, higher education, data centers, or industrial projects
• Experience with energy modeling software, preferably IES
• Ability to develop technical and commercial proposals for clients
