Key qualifications include:

• A relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical Building Services, or similar, with aspirations for professional accreditation
• Experience with BIM environments, Revit, and other technical software like Amtech and Dialux
• Experience from feasibility to detailed design stages
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams across various sectors
• Knowledge of energy modelling software, preferably IES
• Ability to produce technical and commercial proposals
