Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets seeks an ERM Business Systems Analyst to support the Exposure Risk Management app stack within the UW technology team in London. You will evaluate business and system requirements, configure applications, maintain technical documentation, and assist with testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

You will collaborate with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and vendors to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvements while ensuring governance and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience with Exposure Management applications.
• Insurance, reinsurance and London Market knowledge.
• Experience in systems migration and integration.
• Proven Agile delivery experience.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, maintain, and enhance key business applications within the Exposure Management team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage priorities.
• Evaluate requirements to identify opportunities for improvements and recommend solutions.
• Support the Lead Config Developer and act as the primary technical contact for assigned applications.
