Job summary

HFG in London is seeking an Exposure Management Actuary to design and lead the creation of the firm’s exposure management function. You will own the program from day one and work with senior stakeholders to align risk, capital and pricing decisions.

The role requires hands-on cat modelling and a strong actuarial/quantitative background, with the opportunity to shape a growing international reinsurer’s risk framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in building risk or exposure management functions from scratch.
• Hands-on cat modelling skills with board-level influence.
• Strong actuarial or quantitative background.
