Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product information clearly.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within export or technical environments.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming sales-related enquiries via phone and email.
  • Administer documentation for Letters of Credit and other international payment methods.
  • Liaise with Operations to expedite export projects and resolve delays.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate and host visits by clients, designers, and regulatory authorities to company sites or reference projects.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs.
